Freystone is a solo consulting practice. That means you work directly with me — not an account manager or a team of junior consultants. I bring nine years of hands-on experience building data infrastructure, cloud systems, and software at a digital marketing agency, where I grew from Marketing Data Specialist to Data Engineering Manager.
I take on a small number of engagements at a time, which means I'm genuinely invested in each one. My goal isn't to maximize billable hours — it's to solve the problem, transfer knowledge to your team, and leave you in a stronger position than when we started.
